Delivery methods, times, and payments
1) Orders from Italy:
Deliveries are made via express courier service (BRT or DHL). We deliver across Italy for €9.99. Orders worth €150 or over are free. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1-2 working days. The courier delivers in Italy within 1-3 working days.
2) Damage during transportation:
When the courier delivers the order, the Buyer must check for any damage to the parcel. If it is damaged, they must accept it “with reserve”. Once opened the parcel, the Buyer may claim any damage from the courier. In any case, claims must be notified also to us: (dario@alternativasport.it).
